Fantasticmonitor is a HYIP (High Yielding Investment Program) listing, scam detector and an advertisement website. Looking at the website critically they promote high yield investment program (HYIP) and also serve as an investment guide to investors.  There is an advertisement on the website currently and they have stated a lot of information about them like; if they are paying or not, mode of withdrawal, etc. They also have provided prices with the advertisement space provided, so it is very easy to choose the kind of package you want.

With the scam detection, what I learnt about fantasticmonitor is they invest in these programs themselves and see the outcome after which they will report on their website whether it is scam or not, and also give any other necessary information which will be useful to investors.
